Italy Parma Boring and Milling Machining Center
The Italian Parma boring and milling machining center uses hydrostatic guide rails. The static pressure guide rails have been manually scraped to ensure the accuracy of the oil film thickness and the rigidity of the machine tool to the greatest extent. The column adopts a double-wall structure. The square ram is enclosed in an integrally cast headstock and is supported by static pressure guide rails around it. The ram and the main shaft gearbox are cooled by constant temperature oil circulating in the machine to ensure a constant temperature. The control system can not only compensate the overhang of the ram and spindle in real time, but also compensate the sagging and bending of the ram and the tilt of the spindle box in real time to ensure the high precision of the machine tool.
